We invite you to a unique two-level house, 72m² located right by the sea. Independent terraced house in the vicinity of the spa park. Only 150m from the beach.

On the ground floor there is an entrance to the apartment and a storage room (e.g. for bicycles). On the second level there is a living room, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Two bedrooms are equipped with single beds (it can be joined into one large). Each bedroom has a wardrobe wardrobe.

The facility is finished in a classic and elegant style, it provides large space and comfort to holidaymakers who want to spend their vacation in comfortable conditions by the sea.

One car can be parked in the driveway in front of the house. Parking space is included in the price of the apartment.

The apartment provides access to wireless Internet and terrestrial TV. No access to the garden.
