The distance to the boulevards on the banks of the Świna river is only 30 meters, and the beach is 1800 meters away. There are also public transport stops nearby.

The area of the "Bałtyk 5/53" apartment is 43 m², divided into two separate rooms: a bedroom with a balcony and a living room with a kitchenette and a balcony. The apartment is finished in a modern and functional style. In the bedroom you will find a Double Queen bed, a dressing table and a large wardrobe. In our apartment, thanks to the complete equipment, you will spend every moment in luxury.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette. Dishes, tableware, kitchen utensils and modern household appliances have been prepared here for guests: hob, toaster, kettle, coffee and tea maker and oven. The bathroom with a toilet in the apartment is equipped with a shower, for our guests in the price of the stay we provide: towels (small and large).
"Bałtyk 5/53" is located on the fifth floor of a modern building (commissioned in 2019), an elevator is available.

The apartment provides access to wireless Internet and terrestrial Polish and German TV channels.
