Terms and Conditions

Please read the rental terms and conditions carefully. Acceptance of the terms is required to complete the service.

Apartment Reservation Rules.
  1. After reviewing the offer, the Client makes a preliminary reservation for 15 minutes via the reservation system, blocking the date. The Client is then required to make a prepayment via PayPal, PayU, Blick, Pay by Link, Google Pay, or Apple Pay (with the option to pay for the entire stay or a portion of the stay along with the cleaning fee) to confirm the full binding reservation.
  1. In the case of a preliminary reservation via email, after agreeing on the rental date and price, a Baltic-Apartments employee will confirm the preliminary reservation during office hours. The Client will receive a reservation confirmation containing: the price, rental period, deposit amount, and a payment link as mentioned in point 1, through which the deposit should be paid.
  2. Within 3 business days (unless otherwise agreed), the Client must pay a deposit of 30% to 50% of the total rental price into the company's account (the deposit amount depends on the period for which the reservation is made).
  3. The payment of the deposit within the specified period is tantamount to entering into a rental agreement and accepting the terms and conditions.
  4. Failure to pay within the specified time will result in the cancellation of the reservation, and the Client does not need to be informed.
  5. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash, by card, or tourist voucher on the day of arrival to a Baltic-Apartments employee, or by transfer to the company’s account, provided that the funds must be in the account no later than the start of the rental.
  6. Any changes to the reservation must be made in writing and will be agreed upon voluntarily by both parties.
  7. The Client may make changes to the reservation up to 3 days before the planned arrival. Changes to the reservation are only considered for: the Client's personal information, contact details, the number of tenants, and pet stays.
  8. All reservations made at Baltic-Apartments are generally non-refundable or refundable up to a specified number of days before arrival, with the possibility of a refund determined individually depending on force majeure circumstances. Force majeure circumstances include pandemics, war, natural disasters, travel bans, states of emergency, border closures in the case of foreign guests, tenant's death, or serious illness.
  Check-in and Check-out
  1. Keys are always handed to the Client at the Baltic-Apartments office at Jana Matejki Street 13/1, 72-600 Świnoujście.
  2. Please arrive on the agreed reservation date between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. It is possible to arrive at a different time, but this must be arranged in advance. The Client’s absence on the agreed check-in date will be treated as a contract termination. If the guest does not arrive by 5:00 PM to collect the keys, and as a result, a staff member is required to wait or make a special trip to the office to complete the check-in, an additional fee of 100 PLN or 25 EUR will be charged for the late check-in.
  3. This fee does not apply to reservations for which a late check-in has been arranged by placing the keys in a safe, provided that the reservation has been fully paid before the guest's arrival. Baltic-Apartments staff may refuse to admit the Client after 10:00 PM if this arrival time has not been arranged in advance.
  4. If there are no objections, a Baltic-Apartments employee will complete the check-in formalities (the Client is required to present an ID for identification purposes), handle the final payment, and hand over the keys to the apartment.
  5. Once the apartment has been handed over, the Client assumes full responsibility for the items and equipment in the apartment.
  6. The guest has two hours after check-in to report any inconveniences related to the apartment's quality or any defects. Failure to report any issues is considered as acceptance.
  7. After returning the keys to the Baltic-Apartments office at the end of the rental period, a company employee will inspect the apartment’s equipment and condition.
  8. Any identified damage or missing items will be replaced at the Client’s expense. In the event of destruction requiring any repair work, the Client may also be charged for the rental costs during the repair period.
  9. Parents are responsible for their children staying at the accommodation. The accommodation facilities are not equipped with protections for young children.
  10. The tenant is required to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was at the time of check-in, including leaving dishes and kitchen appliances clean and taking out the trash.
  11. In case of lost keys, the Client will be charged a minimum of 500 PLN, depending on the invoice issued by the company replacing the locks.
  12. Please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the agreed check-out date. If the stay is extended without prior agreement, the Client may be charged for an additional rental day for the period during which the apartment was occupied. If the unauthorized stay prevents the next Client from checking in, additional costs resulting from the unfulfilled contract may also be charged.
  13. Keys must always be returned to a Baltic-Apartments employee at the office located at Jana Matejki Street 13/1, 72-600 Świnoujście.
  14. An earlier departure does not entitle the Client to a refund for the unused stay.
