We invite you to an apartment in the heart of Świnoujście, located at the mouth of the Świna River with a picturesque view of the waterfront and boulevard. The "Bałtyk" apartments are located in close proximity to the modern city center where you will find the best restaurants and numerous shops and a shopping center. The distance to the boulevards on the banks of the Świna is only 30 meters, to the beach is 1800 meters. There are also public transport stops nearby.

The area of ​​the "Bałtyk 5/18" apartment is 60 m², divided into three separate rooms: two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette and a balcony with an amazing view of the port and the waterfront. The apartment is finished in a modern and functional style. In the bedrooms we will find double Queen beds and wardrobes. In our apartment, thanks to the complete equipment, you will spend every moment luxuriously.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette. With guests in mind, dishes, tableware, kitchen utensils and modern household appliances have been prepared here: a hob, toaster, kettle and coffee and tea maker and an oven. The bathroom with toilet in the apartment is equipped with a shower and a washing machine and for our guests in the price of the stay we provide: towels (small and large).
"Bałtyk 5/58" is located on the fifth floor of a modern building (put into use in 2019), there is a lift available.
