The distance to the boulevards on the banks of Świna is only 30 meters, to the beach is 1800 meters. There are also public transport stops nearby.

The "Bałtyk 5/57" apartment is 41 m² in size, divided into two separate rooms: a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette and a terrace with an amazing view of the port and the waterfront. The apartment is finished in a modern and functional style. The bedroom has a Double Queen bed and a large wardrobe. In our apartment, thanks to the complete equipment, you will spend every moment in a luxurious way.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette. With the guests in mind, there are dishes, tableware, kitchen utensils and modern household appliances: hob, toaster, kettle, coffee and tea machine and an oven. The bathroom with toilet in the apartment is equipped with a shower, for our guests in the price of the stay we provide: towels (small and large).
"Bałtyk 5/57" is located on the fifth floor of a modern building (put into use in 2019), there is an elevator available.

The apartment provides access to wireless Internet and to Polish terrestrial TV and German TV channels.
