We invite you to a unique three-level house, located right by the sea. An independent terraced house in the vicinity of the spa park. Only 150m from the beach. The location ensures the proximity of year-round attractions. Located in the seaside district, filled with the best restaurants, cafes and shops in Świnoujście, it gives access to various attractions and the most beautiful places in our spa. The popular promenade is 150 m away from the apartment, and the proximity of the city center allows our guests to fully enjoy the charms of our spa.

This unique holiday home is only 150 m from the beach and has a living area of 135 m2, which will provide enough space to relax for ten people. The terraced house includes a large terrace on the top floor and a garden on the ground floor where guests can light up a barbecue.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchenette equipped with all electrical appliances and a guest toilet. A fully equipped kitchenette allows you to cook your own meals, and a large dining table completes the cozy family atmosphere. The interior has been carefully designed to ensure an optimal and elegant atmosphere in the room.

From the living room you have access to a private garden, equipped with places to relax. On the first floor there are three separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. Two of the three bedrooms have single beds that can be put together if needed, and the third bedroom has a double bed and a cot and a balcony. There is a wardrobe in each bedroom.

Equipped with a sofa bed and a double bed, the attic is the fourth bedroom - it offers enough space and privacy. In addition, you can go out to a large and sunny terrace.
The house has a garage with space for a car and bicycles. It is also possible to park another vehicle in front of the garage in the parking space.
