The "Platan Tower 93" apartment is an ideal proposition for people who value comfort and modern amenities combined with a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment is located on the tenth floor of the new Platan Tower apartment building, which is part of the "Platan" architectural complex, a quiet housing estate surrounded by greenery. The distance between the facility and the promenade is approx. 950 m.

The accommodation includes: a double bedroom bed (160x200) in the first bedroom, a double bedroom bed (160x200) in the second bedroom and a comfortable large sofa - a corner sofa with a sleeping function (150x200) in the living room. The living room has a large "smart" flat screen TV. Warmly finished bedrooms will allow for a unique rest, the apartment will accommodate all your luggage, clothes and handy items. A functionally equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your own meals. There are modern household appliances on site: a cooker with an induction hob, a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. To the joy of children, in the vicinity of the apartment building there is a playroom with a cafe for parents and a large, safe playground. For adults, elements of an outdoor gym and many bicycle routes (there is a bicycle room in the building).
