We invite you to an apartment in the heart of Świnoujście, located in the city center, next to the renovated alleys and promenades. The "Słoneczny Taras" apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the spa park and the modern city center, where you will find the best restaurants, numerous shops and a shopping center. Distance to the beach is only 1500 meters.

The area of the "Sunny Terrace" apartment is 40 m², studio apartment: living room with kitchenette and a very large terrace where you can sunbathe. For an unforgettable rest, we provide our guests with lounge furniture and a hammock. The apartment is finished in a modern and functional style. In our apartment, thanks to the complete equipment, you will spend every moment in a luxurious way.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette. With the guests in mind, there are dishes, tableware, kitchen utensils and modern household appliances: hob, toaster, kettle, coffee and tea machine. The bathroom with toilet and bidet in the apartment is equipped with a shower, for our guests we provide: towels (small and large) in the price of the stay.
The "Sunny Terrace" is on the third floor of the building, no elevator available.
