Apartment Zdrojowa 24/28 is an ideal proposition for people who value location, because it is located in a picturesque and quiet part of Świnoujście. In addition, from the balcony of the apartment you can admire the view of the courtyard and the entrance to the beach, which can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes. It is one of the few apartments in the building that has a separate bedroom, which makes it unique considering its location. The apartments in the "Zdrojowa" estate are located right next to the Zdrojowy Park. Located just a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Świnoujście beach. The ubiquitous greenery encourages you to walk both in the unusual Spa Park and unforgettable moments on the most beautiful beach in Poland, and close access to a wide range of year-round attractions, including the Aquapark. With a view to the larger number of guests and families visiting the apartments in Świnoujście, we have prepared for you four sleeping places that can be extended to up to five people - two in a separate lockable bedroom and three in the living room. In the bedroom there is a bed (140x200) and in the living room there are two fold-out sofas.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette for guests, there are dishes, tableware, kitchen utensils and modern household appliances: hob, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine.
Additionally, the apartment has a bathroom with a toilet, shower, washing machine and basic equipment: towels and a hair dryer. The Solaris apartment has access to a balcony overlooking the modern courtyard at Zdrojowa Street and it is possible to see the sea and the beach, where you can sit at the balcony table with chairs and enjoy the clean sea air full of health iodine.
In addition to the close proximity to the sea, within 200 meters, there is the Aquapark and the newest part of Świnoujska Promenada with unique infrastructure and buildings, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops.
